My Style
I'm a systems thinker who believes the personal and the organizational are inseparable. My work is grounded in that — I hold the individual and the system at the same time, and I help my clients do the same.
I am proudly queer and deeply committed to creating inclusive spaces where all humans can thrive authentically. 🌈
I draw from multiple coaching frameworks — including Internal Family Systems, Co-Active, and ORSC — not because I follow a formula, but because different people and different moments call for different approaches. I figure out what yours needs.
My Professional Journey
My career has looked less like a ladder and more like a map. I've been an entrepreneur, a technology executive, an international consultant, a published researcher, and a performing artist — not always in sequence.
On the corporate side, I've led large-scale technology transformations, built and managed teams across industries, and consulted across sectors from healthcare to education to government. On the community side, I've been a member, a volunteer, a board member, and a leader in progressive nonprofits and spiritual communities — not as an outside consultant, but as someone inside those organizations doing the work.
Currently serving as Managing Director at North Highland, where I lead development of technology-enabled services and market-aligned offerings
Industries served: Education, nonprofit, public sector, consulting, security, technology, healthcare, and arts organizations.

What Leaders Say
"Ashley has the super power of converting my vague, 'I feel this way maybe's into meaningful discussions, thoughtful analyses, and impactful actions. She is creative and open-minded, and I always feel accepted even when she challenges my thinking. Every session I’ve had with her has resulted in a better understanding and love of myself. I am very thankful to have her as a coach and look forward to her continued support!"
A. Bryant
I work with people who are ready to do the real work — not the polished version of themselves, but the actual one. If that's you, let's talk.
